Abstract:We reported a case of heterotopic twin pregnancy in a unicornuate uterus with a non‐communicating rudimentary horn with survival of both fetuses. The diagnosis was made late at 28 weeks of gestation, with suspicion raised by ultrasound and confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
