HEVC video encoder implementation on Texas Instruments platforms

Abstract: this paper presents a high efficiency video encoder implementation (HEVC) on two different Texas Instruments (TI) platforms: the BeagleBoard-xM based on ARM processor and the TMS320C6678 DSP.
