Abstract:La hidradenitis palmoplantar idiopática es una dermatosis neutrofílica infrecuente que se manifiesta como pápulas, placas o nódulos eritematoedematosos dolorosos en las plantas y/o palmas de pacientes pediátricos que gozan de buena salud. Consideramos importante reconocerla ya que se trata de un trastorno benigno y autorresolutivo, que presenta múltiples diagnósticos diferenciales.
