Abstract:Electrodes with high active areas often compromise with limited ion transport kinetics in flow electrochemical devices. Herein, hierarchically porous carbon colloidal aerogels (HPCCAs) are constructed with multiscale porosities to meet the tradeoff between highly active areas and efficient mass transfer behavior.
