“…In order to validate the hypothesis of the absence of a δ 13 C variability within a bunch (between berries) and within a plant (between bunches) a preliminary test was carried out. Results of the test confirmed the hypothesis that all berries belonging to the same bunch are characterized by the same water status, which is related to the soil water holding capacity of the block and plant root system development .
