High-Dimensional Acousto-optoelectric Correlation Spectroscopy Reveals Coupled Carrier Dynamics in Polytypic Nanowires

Abstract: The authors combine acousto-optoelectric and multichannel photon correlation spectroscopy to probe spatiotemporal carrier dynamics induced by a piezoelectric surface acoustic wave (SAW).
