Abstract:Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have attracted much attention at home and abroad due to their excellent photoelectric properties. Defects in the electron transport layer (ETL) and ETL/perovskite interface greatly affect the power conversion efficiency (PCE) and stability of PSCs.
