High-efficiency and stable FA0.75MA0.25SnI3perovskite solar cells with large-size crystal grains prepared by doping with multifunctional chloride salt

Abstract: The C6H2(NH2)4·4HCl was first doped into FA0.75MA0.25SnI3 to suppress the production of Sn4+ and promote the formation of large-sized grains in perovskite films. The introduction of C6H2(NH2)4·4HCl significantly improved the performance of PSCs.
