High fractional exhaled nitric oxide levels in asthma patients: Does size matter?

Abstract: Background: Fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) is a biomarker for eosinophilic inflammation used for diagnosis and monitoring of asthma. High FeNO indicates significant airway eosinophilia and steroid-responsive airway inflammation.
