High Incidence of Intra-articular Injuries With Segond Fractures of the Tibia in the Pediatric and Adolescent Population

Abstract: Background: Segond fractures (avulsion fractures of the proximal lateral tibia) are highly associated with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tears in adult patients.
