“…3,[5][6][7][8]27,28 Findings such as a high prevalence of HIV and STI co-infections might be a consequence of condomless sexual intercourse with multiple partners, especially in LGV-positive MSM, who reported having significantly more sexual partners per 6 months compared to MSM having non-LGV CT in our study. 14,23 Furthermore, the LGV spread in the city among MSM might be accelerated due to socio-economic reasons: more welldeveloped economy and higher level of tolerance to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) in Moscow compared to most other places of the country attract MSM from other regions.
