High molecular mass fraction in clinical isolates of Paracoccidioides brasiliensis

Abstract: Introduction: Different serum levels of the IgG/IgE for Paracoccidioides brasiliensis high mass molecular (hMM) fraction (~366kDa) in the acute and chronic forms of the disease have been reported.
