“…Aortocaval (ACF) or iliocaval (ICF) arteriovenous fistula can be caused by erosion by an enlarged or aneurysmal atherosclerotic aorta, low-velocity trauma, connective tissue disorders, and iatrogenic injury during lumbar disc surgery.
