High Performance Liquid Chromatographic Method for Prostaglandin E2Determination in Human Gastric Juice Without Derivatization

Abstract: A rapid and practical method for the separation and quantitation of PGE2 in human gastric juice by high performance liquid chromatography is described. Separation on a reversedphase column and W detection allows quantities as little as 20 nanograms of PGE2 to be detected.
