“…After PEDOT:PSS coating, the reflectance of both planar Si and SiNWs samples decreases compared to the uncoated samples. In this case, the PEDOT:PSS could be acting as an antireflective coating to reduce the reflectance of Si layer as mentioned in previous reports [33,34].
