“…The onset of the dual absorption peaks at ≈395 and ≈365 nm of CsPb 1− x Mg x Cl 3 NCs for x ≤ 10% with decreasing intensity of peak intensity at ≈365 nm is in consistent with the shape varied NCs distribution, reflected in TEM images. The sharp peak at the longer wavelength (≈395 nm) and a shoulder peak at the shorter wavelength (≈365 nm) can be ascribed to the distribution of nanocubes and nanoplatelets, respectively, as reported in an earlier study . The intensity of the shoulder peak at ≈365 nm successively decreases with an increase in the content of Mg 2+ , manifesting the distribution of nanoplatelets like structure to be thinner but enhancing the assembling of cube‐like structure to be more pronounced.…”

“…9,13 For example, Liu et al presented photodetectors made of CsPbCl 3 nanocrystals, which exhibited a good photoresponse to UV light. 14 Han and co-workers reported CsPbBr 3 microcrystal based photodetectors with high on/off ratios as well as a fast response speed, 15 and Fan et al demonstrated CsPbI 3 nanowire congured array-photodetectors, which had a stabilized cubic phase and exhibited high responsivity. 16 Apart from that, the excellent emission efficiency and tunable emission color of CsPbX 3 QDs benet from the quantum size effect and anion exchange, and make them potential candidates in high quantum efficiency and low-cost LEDs.…”

“…In comparison with other perovskite‐based photodetectors, our devices deliver competitive or even superior performance, as summarized in Table 1 . [ 50–58 ] According to the map color variation, over 80% devices exhibited similar performance, indicating spatial photoresponse uniformity.…”
