High-power superluminescent diodes with non-injection output sections

Abstract: Polycrystalline samples of the new semimagnetic semiconductor Yb x Y 2−x O 3 (x = 0.06, 0.12, 0.25, 0.39, 1.00, 1.40, 1.80) were obtained by ceramic technology. An x-ray diffraction experiment was performed on all of the samples at room temperature. These data provided the basis for Rietveld refinements.
