High-sensitivity troponin T in preterm infants with a hemodynamically significant patent ductus arteriosus

Abstract: Background: The incidence of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) is inversely related to gestational age. Cardiac troponin T (cTnT) is a specific marker for myocardial ischemic injury.
