High White Light Photosensitivity of SnSe Nanoplate-Graphene Nanocomposites

Abstract: The multi-functional nanomaterial constructed with more than one type of materials has gained a great attention due to its promising application. Here, a high white light photodetector prototype established with two-dimensional material (2D) and 2D nanocomposites has been fabricated. The 2D-2D nanocomposites were synthesized with SnSe nanoplate and graphene. The device shows a linear I-V characterization behavior in the dark and the resistance dramatically decreases under the white light. Furthermore, the phot… Show more

“… 158 Under white light illumination, SnSe nanoplate and graphene composites showed very high photosensitivity (1110%) and short response time (∼1 s). 159 The SnSe film grown on Si substrate by vapor deposition and dispersed with graphene oxide quantum dots showed improved response time and photocurrent than the SnSe film in a larger spectrum. 160 Self-powered photodetection was demonstrated in the SnSe/Si heterostructure device, with very high detection and ultrafast response in μs range.…”

“…The role of supersymmetry [34] is actively searched in chiral symmetry, breaking the graphene superconductor condition [35] of free electron transport through the graphene wormhole [36]. The graphene wormhole connects two graphene sheets [37] as D-brane and anti-D-brane [38] of a superconductor with the Chern-Simons supercurrent in D-brane model [20]. In this situation, we can realize the Chern-Simons manifold as an Einstein-Rosen bridge between the child manifolds of the graphene.…”
