Abstract:Driven by the demand for super-bright LED lights for cars, buses, and trucks, highly efficient and large-area ultrathin phosphor-glass composites (PGC) with exceptional thermal dissipation capabilities were fabricated by a combined technique of tape-casting + low-temperature cofiring process.
