Abstract:Herein, we present (E)-selective transfer semihydrogenation of alkynes based on in situ generated iridium complex from [Ir(COD)Cl]2 and unsymmetrical ferrocene-based phosphine ligand in the presence of formic acid as a hydrogen donor.
