Highly Symptomatic Progressing Cardiac Paraganglioma With Intracardiac Extension Treated With 177Lu-DOTATATE: A Case Report

Abstract: IntroductionPrimary cardiac paragangliomas are rare tumors. Metastatic disease is even rarer. Surgical management is technically challenging, and sometimes even impossible.
