Hindering Factors of Beginning Teachers’ High Performance in Higher Education Pakistan (Case Study of IUB-The Islamia University of Bahawalpur)

“…These findings are consistent with the assertions of who postulate that healthy and a strong collaborative relationship among teachers are considered an important ingredient to the quality and effectiveness of a school, enhancement of teachers and learners' performance. Sarwar, Aslam and Rasheed (2010) supported the need to develop a collegial working environment in educational institutions and suggested the formation of a platform for teachers to collegiate together to enhance team-oriented spirit where all faculty members could perform collectively for institutional advancement.
