Abstract:Antecedentes: El hiperparatiroidismo primario, tercer trastorno metabólico más común a nivel mundial, provoca un aumento del calcio sérico y de la hormona paratiroidea, causado por una hiperactividad de las gláansd puaratiroideas. En el 85% de los casos, se debe a un adenoma paratiroideo.
