Hipotensão pós-exercício intervalado de alta intensidade com resistência elástica: um estudo piloto

Abstract: Introdução: Está estabelecido que o treinamento aeróbio contínuo reduz a PA no pós-esforço, conhecido como hipotensão pós-exercício. Ergômetros tradicionais como esteiras e cicloergômetros são comumente utilizados como meio de treinamento. Eles são caros e isso limita o acesso à população em geral.
