Hirayama’s Disease

Abstract: The Hirayama's disease affects the neurons of the anterior horn of the spinal cord, usually C7 -T1 in young individuals, which causes weakness of the distal muscles of the upper limbs. We report a case of a 14 years old patient presented with significant left hand weakness associated with difficulty gripping objects.
