Histological and immunohistochemical analysis of epithelial cells in epidermoid cysts in intrapancreatic accessory spleen

Abstract: Background : Epidermoid cysts in intrapancreatic accessory spleen (ECIPAS) are a rare lesion. Its pathogenesis, including the origin of cystic epithelium, is not well established.
