Abstract: BACKGROUNDMediastinal lesions are uncommon and infrequent, encountered as mediastinal masses with wide histopathological spectrum which cause diagnostic difficulty to the clinicians and radiologists because of the variations of presenting symptoms, locati on and accessibility.
