This study analyzes the critical role of da'wah in building social awareness, encouraging concrete actions, and empowerment in achieving social justice through a religious approach. The literature research method with a literature analysis review is used in this study as an approach that focuses on extracting, reviewing, and evaluating various literature sources that are relevant to the topic of study. The study's findings stated that da'wah is integral in advancing social awareness, encouraging concrete actions, and forming continuity in the struggle to achieve social justice through a religious approach. With a system based on spiritual values, da'wah can potentially change society's paradigm toward social issues. However, to achieve significant results, da'wah must be seen as an integral component in broader social efforts, focusing on partnerships, local understanding, and patience in overcoming challenges.

This research is focused on outlining experiences in rural human resource management through the introduction of a new professional farmer training process. The aim is to provide insights and references for developing countries in implementing farmer training and improving their human resource structure. The research methodology explores the literature combined with an inductive approach to describe and analyse experiences and lessons learned during training programmes to strengthen human resource capacity in the agricultural sector. The results of this study emphasise the importance of new professional farmer training in rural human resource management, with the Indonesian government prioritising the entire training process. The Indonesian government has taken strategic steps in farmer training, which include identifying appropriate training targets, selecting influential investment entities, developing practical training models, and designing supportive policies. These initiatives have significantly improved the quality and structure of rural human resources. The uniqueness of this research lies in its selection of topics that are less widely covered in the literature, especially regarding the training process and the new professional farmer model. This research is also important in enhancing the skills of rural individuals, increasing farmers' income, strengthening the role of agriculture, and supporting economic growth in rural areas. Furthermore, this research makes a significant contribution to the literature by enriching the theory of human capital investment in rural areas.

The Influence of Bilingualism and Language Attitudes on Language Choice in Multilingual Communities in a West Javan University

This study looks into the intricate relationships that exist between language attitudes, language choices, and bilingualism in a West Javan university. There are 250 participants in the study, who are a varied cross-section of the academic community. Analysis of demographic data shows that the distribution is equal for both genders and age groups. The prevalence of Bahasa Indonesia, Sundanese, Javanese, other regional languages, and English is shown via linguistic background investigation, demonstrating the linguistic diversity present in the university community. The survey also explores academic levels, with undergraduate students making up the majority of participants. Results of the poll show that a significant portion of individuals were multilingual, speaking two or more languages. Sundanese & Bahasa Indonesia, Javanese & English, and Bahasa Indonesia & English are common language partnerships. Language attitudes that are positive toward multilingualism and native languages vary depending on one's linguistic background. Language preferences for Bahasa Indonesia and English are evident in both formal and casual contexts. Significant connections between bilingualism, linguistic attitudes, and linguistic preferences are revealed by correlation analysis.
