History of cardiac rehabilitation in Russia

Abstract: The review presents the history of establishing cardiac rehabilitation for patients who have had acute myocardial infarction, acute coronary conditions, cardiac and vascular surgery, and intravascular interventions. Stages and physiological basis of this treatment are described.
