HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder

Abstract: Purpose of review HIV associated neurocognitive disease (HAND) is the most active topic for neuroAIDS investigations at present. Although impairment is mild in patients successfully treated with modern antiviral regimens, it remains an ongoing problem for HIV patients.
