HLA Diversity in Saudi Population: High Frequency of Homozygous HLA Alleles and Haplotypes

Abstract: Human leukocyte antigens (HLA) diversity has a tremendous impact on shaping the transplantation practices, transfusion-associated graft versus host disease prevention strategies, and host–pathogen interactions.
