HLA3DB: comprehensive annotation of peptide/HLA complexes enables blind structure prediction of T cell epitopes

Abstract: The class I proteins of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC-I) display epitopic peptides derived from endogenous proteins on the cell surface for immune surveillance.
