Holding light and shadow: A five-step method to reflect on identity and the co-unconscious in multicultural co-facilitation

Abstract: This article explores the emergence, early development and initial implementation of a five-step reflective co-facilitation method. The method is primarily intended for multicultural co-facilitators to consider the interplay of their identities in the co-unconscious, and the impact on their clinical practice.
