Active Sites Formed on InVO4/Co3O4 S‐Scheme Heterostructure for Photocatalytic Hydrogen Production

Among them, the diffraction peaks of Co 3 O 4 at 31.27°, 36.65°, 44.76°, 59.19° and 65.08° correspond to the (220), (311), (400), (511), and (440) crystal planes, respectively [19] . The diffraction peaks at 18.38°, 20.60°, 22.91°, 30.93°, 32.90°, 35.03°, 46.90°, 50.82°, 56.38° and 60.81° come from the (110), (020), (111), (200), (112), (130), (222), (042), (150) and (242) crystal planes of InVO 4 , respectively [20] .…”
