Holo-omic applications to unveil microbiome shaping sustainable horticultural production

Abstract: Plant-associated microorganisms play a key role in the future sustainability of terrestrial ecosystems. In nature, plants and their associated microbiome can form an assemblage of species, considered interacting metaorganisms or holobionts.
