Homeostatic macrophages prevent preterm birth and improve neonatal outcomes by mitigatingin uterosterile inflammation

Abstract: Preterm birth (PTB), commonly preceded by preterm labor, is the leading cause of neonatal morbidity and mortality worldwide.
