Homogamy and Intermarriage of Japanese and Japanese Americans With Whites Surrounding World War II

Abstract: Although some sociologists have suggested that Japanese Americans quickly assimilated into mainstream America, scholars of Japanese America have highlighted the heightened exclusion that the group experienced.
