Hops Germplasm: Phytochemical Characterization of Wild Humulus lupulus of Central and Northern Italy

Abstract: Hops are widespread as a wild plant in almost all Northern and Central Italy, and the characterization of wild populations is attracting considerable interest in verifying their potential use.
