Hormonal Fluctuations Related to Depressive Symptoms in Menopause

Abstract: Depression has a high incidence among perimenopausal women. This systematic review focuses on the connection between hormonal fluctuations and depressive symptoms. The 5% chances of depression are correlated with increasing additional year between menarche and menstrual transition (MT) onset.
