In this work, new metal-ceramic materials based on Ti + C + NiCr with the addition of 5 and 10 wt. % W. The influence of technological parameters of SHS extrusion (delay time before applying pressure, pressing pressure, speed of movement of the press plunger) on the length of extruded rods with diameters of 3, 4 and 5 mm was experimentally studied. The results of XRD and SEM of the obtained materials are presented, their physical and mechanical characteristics are measured and a comparison with known analogues is given. It has been shown that the phase composition with the addition of 5 wt. % W consists of: TiC‒(TixCry)C, TiWC2, Cr1.12Ni2.88, W2C, Ti, and when added to the original charge 10 wt. % W additionally contains Cr4Ni15W, Cr, Ni. The obtained XRD results are in good agreement with SEM. The average carbide grain size of TiC‒(TixCry)C with the addition of 5 wt. % W was 2.21 µm, and with the addition of 10 wt. % W 2.54 µm.
