Abstract:This research explores water users’ perceptions regarding access, quantity, quality and water treatments in urban area of Yogyakarta and Hanoi. This research’s approach is qualitative and descriptive. The case studied was in the City of Yogyakarta, Indonesia and Hanoi Vietnam. Subjects were chosen using snowballing techniques.
