How and when does responsible leadership affect employees’ pro-environmental behavior?

Abstract: By integrating the resource accumulation perspective and the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model, this research explores the impact mechanism of responsible leadership on employees’ pro-environmental behaviors (EPB).
