The present study aimed to explore the linkages between Allen and Meyer's (1991) three-component model of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviour as defined by Organ (1988). This paper was to see how work happiness affects Professional institutions employees ‘working conditions. Employees working at Professional institutions in several cities across Mathura, and Gwalior were surveyed. The purpose of this research is to determine and assess the degree to which individual attributes and organisational citizenship behaviour influence OC and employee performance. The investigation employed saturated samples for its samples. The results showed that although organisational citizenship or OC are unaffected by job promotion, individual characteristics have a favourable influence on worker performance and OC. Employees in Professional institutions have a big influence on organizational commitment.
