How Does Organisational Politics Impact Innovative Work Behaviour? The Mediating Role of Knowledge Sharing

Abstract: To understand the mechanism of innovative work behaviour (IWB) in China's higher education. With a total of 495 valid responses from six universities in China, this study utilised Amos26 for data analysis. The structural equation model indicates that organisational politics (OP) significantly influences academics' knowledge sharing behaviour (KSB) (β = -0.220, p < 0.000) and IWB (β = -0.126, p < 0.005).
