How is knowledge management represented in library and information science research?

Abstract: Research published during the last two decades has frequently discussed how Knowledge Management (KM) is important for libraries. However, we do not know the extent to which KM forms a part of Library and Information Science (LIS) research. In this study, we looked for KM articles published in top LIS journals since 2000.
