How to cope with heartburn during pregnancy

Abstract: Heartburn (pyrosis) is a burning sensation that occurs behind the sternum and may extend to the neck, throat and face. It is the primary symptom of gastroesophageal reflux, the movement of stomach contents into the oesophagus.
