How to decrease mortality in necrotising pancreatitis?

Abstract: A new method for the treatment of chronic pancreatitis by introducing into arterial bed of pancreas or a regional arterial bed pancreas suspension of hydrocortisone. Objective: To provide local intensification anti-inflammatory effects, reducing the risk of systemic side effects.
