How to Identify Competence from Interactions

Abstract: The concept of competence generally refers to the knowledge, experiences, skills, attitudes, abilities and behavior that enable effective action in a work environment. Since knowledge is linked to action, the part of an individual's knowledge used and put to work every day, mixed with the organization's knowledge, characterizes the competencies that allow a group of people to make complex tasks.
