Abstract: Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) requires an in‐depth exploration of its molecular mechanisms. The Warburg effect, along with the oncogenes enolase 2 (ENO2) and homeobox C6 (HOXC6), plays a central role in cancer.
